Customers are responsible for providing all mandatory information, including the recipient's full name, full address, local mobile or phone number, and any necessary pin codes to access gated communities or buildings. If any information is missing, delivery will still be attempted, but cancellation is not possible as flowers are prepared specifically for the recipient. If delivery is attempted and some details are missing or incorrect, we will offer possible solutions such as re-delivery in 1-2 business days (after which flowers must be discarded), pickup from our store, or delivery to an address near the original one.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or time frame, as this depends on our local florists. Please note that if your order cannot be delivered due to a local or national holiday, you will not be entitled to a refund.
