Florist Alexandria - Blumen Ägypten

Send flowers to Alexandria from anywhere by ordering online in USD: a florist based in the city arranges your bouquet fresh and hand-delivers it in 1-2 business days. Bouquets start around $55 and the service fee is a flat $14.95, the same for Egypt as for every other country.

What should you know about giving flowers in Alexandria?

Egypt's second city has a Mediterranean temperament — milder, breezier, and a little more relaxed than Cairo. Life runs along the Corniche, the seafront road stretching from the old harbor past Stanley Bridge toward Montaza and its palace gardens. Flowers fit naturally into Alexandrian social life: they appear at engagements, hospital visits, university graduations, and whenever someone moves into a new flat in Smouha or Roushdy. The sea air keeps summers gentler than inland Egypt, so bouquets delivered in July hold up noticeably better here than they would upriver.

Which dates drive flower giving in Egypt?

Egyptian Mother's Day is March 21, the first day of spring, and it is by far the country's largest flower occasion — plan a few days ahead. Sham El Nessim, the ancient spring festival on the Monday after Coptic Easter, sends Alexandrian families out to the parks and beaches and pairs beautifully with a fresh spring arrangement. Add Coptic Christmas on January 7, the two Eids, Valentine's Day, and the endless stream of engagements and weddings for which Alexandria's seafront hotels are famous. If your recipient is celebrating during Ramadan, flowers delivered before iftar make a considerate touch.

How does an international order reach an Alexandrian address?

Your order goes to a florist in Alexandria who builds it the day it is delivered — nothing arrives flattened in a courier box. Addresses here can be layered (building, floor, landmark), so include any details the family uses; a local florist knows how to navigate them. Standard timing is 1-2 business days, with same-day often available before noon local time. Payment is flexible: cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, or the option to pay with Bitcoin at checkout, which sidesteps the international card issues some banks throw at Egypt-bound payments. Messages are delivered word for word, in English or Arabic.

abcFlora also offers flower delivery across Egypt through local florists, including Cairo and Giza, if your family is spread along the Nile rather than the sea.
