Florist Limassol - Zypern Blumen

You can have flowers delivered in Limassol without setting foot in Cyprus: order in USD (bouquets from around $55, plus a flat $14.95 service fee) and a Limassol-based florist prepares the arrangement fresh and delivers it by hand, normally in 1-2 business days — often same-day if you order before noon local time.

Is there a season when Limassol celebrates flowers?

There is, and it is taken seriously. Each May the city holds the Anthestiria, a flower festival with roots in ancient Greek celebrations of spring, complete with a parade of flower-covered floats along the seafront. It says something about the place: Limassol likes its blooms out in public. Spring is also when the surrounding countryside is at its greenest, before the long dry summer sets in. Practically speaking, May is a lovely month to send flowers here — the festival mood is in the air — but the mild Cypriot winter means fresh arrangements are easy to source year-round. Even in January the coast rarely drops below light-jacket weather, so fresh stock is never a problem.

What occasions call for a bouquet in Limassol?

Name days, for a start. In Cyprus a person's name day can matter as much as their birthday, and a bouquet arriving on it shows real attention — worth looking up if your friend is called Maria, Andreas, or Eleni. The pre-Lenten Limassol Carnival, the island's biggest, ends with a grand parade and plenty of parties worth marking. Add weddings and christenings, which are large, generous affairs here, plus the international crowd — Limassol has sizeable Russian, Lebanese, and British communities — and you have a city where flowers cross cultures constantly. Late summer adds the Limassol Wine Festival, a tradition since the 1960s, when the municipal gardens fill for two weeks of celebration — another fine excuse to send something beautiful. Your card message is delivered word for word, in whichever language you write it.

How does the delivery find the right address?

Limassol stretches a long way along its coast, from the old town around the castle and the marina, past the Molos seafront promenade, out to the tourist strip toward Agios Tychonas. A local florist knows that geography and plans the run accordingly, delivering a bouquet that was arranged that same day rather than unpacked from a shipping box. At checkout you pay in US dollars — card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or you can pay with Bitcoin through OpenNode — and the flat $14.95 fee is the same as everywhere else we deliver. Our 4.8/5 rating from 377+ verified reviews is built on exactly this kind of order.

For the rest of the island, our flower delivery across Cyprus works identically. We also have dedicated collections for Nicosia, the capital, and coastal Larnaca — useful if your people are scattered across the island.
