Florist Madrid - Blumen aus Spanien

Sending flowers to Madrid from outside Spain is quick: choose an arrangement priced in USD (from roughly $55, plus one flat $14.95 service fee) and a Madrid florist builds it fresh and hand-delivers it, usually within 1-2 business days. Before noon Madrid time, same-day delivery is often available.

Which Madrid dates call loudest for flowers?

Día de la Madre arrives on the first Sunday of May in Spain — note the date, because expats used to the US or UK calendar regularly miss it — and it is the busiest flower day of the Spanish year. A week or so later comes San Isidro, Madrid's patron saint festival on 15 May, when chulapos and chulapas in traditional dress fill the Pradera de San Isidro and carnations — the clavel, Spain's most emblematic flower — are everywhere from lapels to hair combs. Sending carnations to a madrileño in mid-May is fluent local speech. Valentine's Day, birthdays, and the enormous gift-giving stretch around Christmas and Reyes in early January round out the calendar. If in doubt, roses and carnations are always read correctly here.

What is it like to receive flowers in Madrid?

Madrid is a city of barrios with strong personalities — the plant-obsessed cafés of Malasaña, the stately blocks of Chamberí and Salamanca, the riverside stretch of Madrid Río — and a local florist moves through them daily, portero desks and all. There is also La Rosaleda, the rose garden in Retiro Park where thousands of bushes bloom every May and June; this is a city that knows a good rose when it sees one. Your bouquet is arranged the day of delivery from fresh stock and handed over in person, never boxed and posted, which is why it arrives looking like it came from the florist around the corner — because it did. In late winter, madrileños flock to the Quinta de los Molinos to watch thousands of almond trees blossom — proof this city plans its year around blooms.

Can the whole order happen in Spanish?

Sí — the site works in English or Spanish end to end, and your card message is delivered exactly as you typed it, eñes and tildes included. Payment stays in US dollars with the total locked at checkout: bouquet plus $14.95, no exchange-rate roulette. Cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay are standard, and you can also pay with Bitcoin natively through OpenNode — useful for senders who move money across borders often. Across 377+ verified reviews the service rates 4.8/5, much of that from families and couples separated by an ocean and connected by exactly this kind of gesture.

Madrid is the hub, but our flower delivery across Spain reaches far beyond it, city by city, always through florists who live where your recipient does — same flat fee, same fresh-that-morning arrangements, from the capital to the coasts.
