Florist Mostar - Blumen Bosnien und Herzegowina

To send flowers to Mostar from abroad, order online in USD: a florist in the city prepares your bouquet by hand and delivers it within 1-2 business days. Arrangements start around $55, and you pay one flat $14.95 service fee — exactly what we charge for every other country we deliver to.

What should I know about giving flowers in Mostar?

Start with the eighth of March. International Women's Day is celebrated across Bosnia and Herzegovina with an enthusiasm that surprises visitors — mothers, colleagues, teachers and grandmothers all receive flowers, and florists sell out early. It is easily the busiest flower date of the Mostar year, ahead even of Valentine's Day, which younger couples increasingly mark as well. Beyond the calendar, flowers accompany the big family moments here — weddings, graduations from Džemal Bijedić University and the University of Mostar, new babies, and condolences, where restrained arrangements are the custom.

Where in Mostar do bouquets get delivered?

Both banks of the emerald-green Neretva. Our partner florists deliver to apartments and houses across the city — from the streets near the cobbled old bazaar of Kujundžiluk and the famous arc of Stari Most, rebuilt stone by stone after the war, out to the newer residential quarters and the avenues along the Bulevar. Couriers coordinate with recipients by phone when a doorbell goes unanswered, and your card message is delivered word for word as you wrote it, whether in Bosnian, Croatian, English or anything else. You can place the order itself in English or Spanish.

Why choose a local Mostar florist over international shipping?

Climate, for one. Mostar is famously the warmest city in the country — Herzegovina's summers regularly bring the highest temperatures recorded in Bosnia and Herzegovina — and flowers that have spent days in a courier box simply don't cope. A bouquet arranged in the city on the morning of delivery does. It also means your money buys flowers, not freight: local sourcing, local hands, and an arrangement that reflects what is actually fresh at the market that week rather than what survives transit.
