Florist Palma de Mallorca - Balearen Blumen

To send flowers to Palma de Mallorca from abroad, order online in USD and a florist in Palma arranges the bouquet fresh, hand-delivering it within 1-2 business days — often same-day if you order before noon local time. Prices start around $55, and every order carries one flat $14.95 service fee, wherever you send from.

When does Mallorca itself bloom — and does it matter for gifting?

Earlier than almost anywhere in Europe. From late January into February, Mallorca's countryside turns white and pink with almond blossom, a spectacle locals treat as the island's unofficial announcement of spring. It makes the weeks around Valentine's Day feel especially flower-minded in Palma. January also brings Sant Sebastià, the city's patron saint festival, when bonfires and concerts fill the squares — a lively moment to remember someone who lives here. Later come Spain's fixed flower dates: Sant Jordi in April, Mother's Day on the first Sunday of May, and the long wedding season stretching through the island's golden autumn.

How does delivery work across Palma?

Palma rewards local knowledge. The city folds around its bay, from the sandstone mass of La Seu cathedral above the old town's shaded lanes, along the elegant Passeig del Born, and into Santa Catalina, the former fishermen's quarter that is now the city's favourite neighbourhood for markets and dinner. Our partner florists deliver through all of it, plus the residential districts and coastal suburbs beyond, and every bouquet is arranged fresh in the city on the day it arrives. That matters in a Mediterranean summer: flowers made up locally that morning handle Palma's heat in a way nothing shipped in a box ever could. Same-day delivery is regularly available for orders placed before midday.
