Florist Saint John - Saint John Blumen

Sending flowers to Saint John from abroad works like this: order online, and a florist serving the island arranges your bouquet fresh and hand-delivers it, typically within 1-2 business days. You pay in US dollars — bouquets start near $55 — plus a flat $14.95 service fee, and you can order in English or Spanish.

How do flowers reach an island with no airport?

Saint John famously has no airport of its own; people and goods arrive by boat, most often on the ferry from St. Thomas into Cruz Bay. That is exactly why local arrangement matters here. Instead of a boxed bouquet surviving a flight and a ferry crossing, your order is put together by a florist who works with the island's boat schedules and knows how to get fresh stems across the water in good condition. The result arrives arranged, hydrated, and ready to hand over — not wilting in cardboard on a dock.

When is the best time to send flowers to Saint John?

The island's biggest party is the St. John Celebration, the carnival season that builds through late June and culminates around the Fourth of July with parades through Cruz Bay. Saint John is also a beloved wedding and honeymoon destination — with Trunk Bay and the north shore beaches doing much of the persuading — so anniversaries tied to the island are common occasions for a surprise delivery. Winter high season brings returning snowbirds and long-term visitors, and year-round, bougainvillea and hibiscus spilling over garden walls set a high bar that a hand-arranged tropical bouquet meets nicely.

Does delivery reach beyond Cruz Bay?

Yes. Cruz Bay is the hub, but deliveries also reach Coral Bay on the quieter east end and the villas and rentals tucked along the roads in between. Since Virgin Islands National Park covers roughly two-thirds of the island, addresses can be spread out and signage sparse, so include the villa or complex name and a working phone number for the recipient — drivers here coordinate by call. Your gift message is delivered exactly as written, and checkout takes cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, or lets you pay with Bitcoin if you prefer.

You can also order directly from our Cruz Bay and Coral Bay pages if you know which end of the island your recipient calls home, or browse the full flower delivery across Saint John collection to compare every bouquet we offer there.
