Delivered On Time, As Ordered

We ordered a Basket of Cheer to be delivered to a dear friend in Romania. The backet of flowers was lovely, exactly what we expected, delivered on time and in great condition.

Gorgeous!

I sent Basket of Cheer to my mother for her birthday and she absolutely loved it! She raved about it to everyone and kept telling me how much she appreciated this arrangement. I've sent other arrangements to her in years past from other flower shops and never got this kind of reaction from her. I am very pleased abc Floral sent exactly what I requested! This was a winner! Highly recommend!

Beautiful flowers!

I was so happy with the flowers, my neice loved them. The only thing I was disappointed with, my card and candle were not delivered. Otherwise, the service was excellent and flowers outstanding

Thank you for your wonderful feedback, and we're thrilled to hear that your niece loved the flowers you ordered from us. We deeply appreciate your kind words regarding the quality of our floral arrangements and our service.

However, we're truly sorry to hear about the oversight with the card and candle in your order. We understand the importance of these additional touches, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may have caused. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Please know that your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will take immediate steps to address this issue to ensure it doesn't happen in the future. We are committed to continuously improving our service and enhancing the overall customer experience.

If there's anything we can do to make up for this oversight, or if you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We would be more than happy to assist you further.

Once again, we appreciate your kind words and your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
