Everything is charged in USD — bouquets from roughly $55 plus a flat $14.95 service fee — and same-day delivery is often possible on orders placed before noon local time.

Which traditions drive flower-giving in Les Abymes?

Guadeloupe is French, Caribbean and Creole all at once, and its flower calendar shows every layer. Fête des Mères, in late May or June, is the undisputed peak — mothers and grandmothers are honoured here with real ceremony. La Toussaint on 1 November is profoundly observed across the archipelago, when families clean and decorate graves and cemeteries glow with candles after dark; remembrance flowers carry deep meaning in that season. Carnival runs from January to Ash Wednesday with parades and drum groups, a stretch when the whole island celebrates. Add baptisms, communions, weddings and the French habit of never arriving at a dinner empty-handed, and flowers stay part of daily life.

What should you expect from a Guadeloupean bouquet?

Something with sunshine in it. Guadeloupe's volcanic soil and tropical warmth grow spectacular flowers — anthuriums, red gingers, heliconias and porcelain roses that florists in Europe pay dearly to import are local material here. Your arrangement is composed on the island the day it is delivered, never shipped in a box, so florists lean on whatever is most vivid that week alongside classic roses for traditional occasions. For a sympathy or Toussaint arrangement, they will keep it appropriately restrained; for a birthday in the tropics, expect colour that matches the setting.

How does delivery work across Les Abymes?

Les Abymes is Guadeloupe's most populous commune, wrapped around Pointe-à-Pitre and home to the island's international airport at Pôle Caraïbes — which makes it, in a very practical sense, the crossroads of the archipelago. Deliveries reach its residential quarters and housing estates within 1-2 business days, with same-day available before the noon cutoff. Include a phone number so the driver can coordinate; it is how deliveries get done smoothly here. Your gift message arrives word for word, and you can order in English or Spanish even though daily life runs in French and Creole. Checkout accepts cards, PayPal and Shop Pay, or you can pay with Bitcoin natively.

We deliver across the butterfly-shaped island: to neighbouring Pointe-à-Pitre and to Basse-Terre, the capital beneath the Soufrière volcano — plus full flower delivery across Guadeloupe. Local florists have fulfilled our orders since 2005, rated 4.8/5 across more than 377 verified reviews.
