Great customer service.

In had the wrong address for delivery so they waited for me to get the correct address and they successfully delivered the flowers the following day.

Nice flowers but chocolates were not delivered

My order was fulfilled on the date requested and the flower basket was nice, but the chocolates box that I paid for was not delivered to the recipient as per my order. Additionally, for this time of year, I expected brightly colored flowers for this festive occasion, but the flowers were fall colors which I would not have ordered.
