🚫 Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation up to 24 hours before your selected delivery date. Once that window has passed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Every arrangement is handcrafted fresh by a local artisan florist, specifically for your recipient. Because flowers are perishable and preparation begins well in advance, we cannot cancel orders once the florist has started working on them.

  • Cancellations must be requested via our Contact Us page.
  • Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method when available. Bitcoin payments made through OpenNode may be refunded as a store voucher or store credit.
  • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Important: Once an order has been submitted to the local florist for preparation, cancellation is not possible regardless of the remaining time before the delivery date.
🌸 Flower Substitution

What if the exact flowers or colors aren't available?

Flowers are seasonal and availability varies by location. If the specific variety or color you selected is not available with the local florist on your delivery date, the florist may substitute with the most similar flowers available — to protect your delivery date and the occasion.

  • The substitute arrangement will always be of equal or greater value than your original order.
  • The substitution is made at the florist's discretion to best preserve the spirit of the arrangement.
  • By placing an order on abcFlora.com, you accept that flower substitution may occur under these circumstances.
⚠️ Exception — Roses: Rose orders are not subject to substitution. Roses are sold by stem count and variety. If your specific roses are unavailable, we will contact you before proceeding.
✅ Quality Claims

How do I report a quality issue?

If your order did not meet our quality standards, you can submit a claim — subject to the following requirements:

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, without exception.
  • Submit your claim via our Contact Us page. Our support team will follow up and request photographic evidence during the exchange.
  • Claims submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted. The natural wilting of flowers after delivery cannot be attributed to quality at the time it was delivered.
📸 Inspect your arrangement immediately upon delivery. If something looks wrong, contact us right away — do not wait.

Missing add-ons (vase, chocolates, etc.)

If an add-on item is missing from your delivery, we will issue a partial refund for the missing item only. The flower arrangement is not eligible for refund in this case.

🚚 Late or Failed Delivery

Late delivery — within our control

If we cannot deliver on your selected date due to reasons within our control, you are entitled to a refund of the flower value only. Add-ons are excluded. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the selected delivery date.

Failed delivery — beyond our control

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control — recipient not home, incorrect or incomplete address, local holidays, restricted building access — no refund will be issued. We will generally leave a note or call to arrange a new delivery attempt.

Local & national holidays

We strongly recommend avoiding delivery on or immediately around local and national holidays. If delivery is not possible due to a holiday, no refund will be issued.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

How are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued in the following order of preference:

  1. Original payment method (5–10 business days)
  2. Store voucher (if original payment method unavailable)
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days from approval date.
  • Complex cases may take longer; we will notify you if this applies.
  • Store vouchers have no expiration date.

For Bitcoin payments made through OpenNode, approved refunds may be issued as store credit or voucher.

How long will my claim take?

  • Acknowledgment within 24 hours.
  • Investigation typically takes 3–5 business days.
  • Resolution and refund processing within 5–10 business days after approval.

Partial refunds — Roses

For rose orders (sold by stem), if the delivered quantity is less than ordered, a partial refund per missing stem may be issued. For other arrangements, partial refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

📦 Your Responsibility as the Sender

To ensure successful delivery, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information:

  • Recipient's full name
  • Complete delivery address (including apartment/unit number and postal code)
  • Recipient's local phone number
  • Any access codes, gate codes, or building entry instructions

Delivery will still be attempted if some information is missing, but cancellation is not possible once an order is placed.
