📦 Ordering & Delivery

What information do I need to provide?

Customers are responsible for providing all mandatory information, including the recipient's full name, full address, local mobile or phone number, and any necessary pin codes to access gated communities or buildings.

If any information is missing, delivery will still be attempted, but cancellation is not possible as flowers are prepared specifically for the recipient.

What happens if delivery fails?

If delivery is attempted and some details are missing or incorrect, we will offer possible solutions such as:

  • Re-delivery in 1–2 business days (after which flowers must be discarded)
  • Pickup from our local florist
  • Delivery to an address near the original one

Can I choose an exact delivery time?

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or time frame, as this depends on our local florists. If your order cannot be delivered due to a local or national holiday, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Do you deliver flowers internationally?

Yes. abcFlora delivers flowers and gifts to 123+ destinations worldwide, with orders fulfilled by independent local florists near the recipient.

Are flowers shipped in a box from another country?

No. abcFlora does not ship flowers from a central warehouse or send arrangements long-distance in a box. Each order is routed to a trusted local florist in or near the recipient's destination city, prepared fresh, and hand-delivered locally.

Is next-day delivery available?

Yes. abcFlora offers next-day delivery across its international destination network. Delivery is handled by local florists and may be affected by local holidays, severe weather, incomplete addresses, or recipient availability.

💳 Delivery Charges

What is the delivery and service fee?

abcFlora charges a flat $14.95 USD delivery and service fee. This fee is shown upfront so customers understand the full cost before checkout.

✅ Refunds & Claims

Quality Claims

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may request a refund by submitting a claim within two business days after the delivery date. Please submit your claim using the Contact Us page or via email.

Late Deliveries

If we are unable to deliver your order on the selected date due to circumstances within our control, you will be entitled to a refund of the value of the flowers (additional products excluded).

Claims for late deliveries must be submitted within seven days from the delivery date.

If we are unable to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., recipient not at home), a refund is not applicable. However, we will generally leave a note or call to schedule a new delivery.

💱 Currency & Payments

What currency are orders charged in?

All orders are processed and charged in USD (US Dollars), regardless of the currency displayed on the site. Your bank or card provider may apply a foreign exchange conversion if your account is in a different currency.

Why does the price look different at checkout?

Prices on the site may be displayed in your local currency for reference, but the final charge at checkout is always in USD at the current exchange rate. Any small differences are due to real-time currency fluctuation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Bitcoin through OpenNode. Additional cryptocurrency payment options are coming soon.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

Yes. abcFlora currently accepts Bitcoin through OpenNode. More cryptocurrency options are planned soon.

How are cryptocurrency refunds handled?

Approved refunds for Bitcoin payments may be issued as store credit or voucher, according to our refund policy.
