abcFlora provides international flower and gift delivery to 123+ destinations worldwide through independent local florists. We do not ship flowers from a central warehouse or send arrangements long-distance in a box. Instead, each order is routed to a trusted florist near the recipient, prepared fresh, and hand-delivered locally.
Next-day delivery is available across our destination network. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed because delivery depends on local florist schedules, recipient availability, local holidays, severe weather, and access to the delivery address.
abcFlora charges a flat $14.95 USD delivery and service fee, shown upfront before checkout.
During periods characterized by a high volume of orders, such as Christmas or Valentine's Day, some of our policies may be subject to changes. We cannot guarantee the execution of order changes or cancellations if they are not requested within the stipulated time period.
Additionally, while we offer the option to choose a time slot when placing your order, we cannot guarantee morning or afternoon delivery. In some cases, if notification is given when placing the order, we may not be able to guarantee delivery on the chosen date and will make the delivery at the first available time.
In the event of severe weather, deliveries will be completed as soon as the situation is over. Please note that you are not entitled to a refund, but we will offer you a 20% discount code for your next purchase.

Ordering and Delivery: Orders are fulfilled by independent local florists near the recipient. Customers are responsible for providing all mandatory information, including the recipient's full name, full address, local mobile or phone number, and any necessary pin codes to access gated communities or buildings. If any information is missing, delivery will still be attempted, but cancellation is not possible as flowers are prepared specifically for the recipient. If delivery is attempted and some details are missing or incorrect, we will offer possible solutions such as re-delivery in 1-2 business days (after which flowers must be discarded), pickup from our local florist, or delivery to an address near the original one.

Delivery Charges: abcFlora charges a flat $14.95 USD delivery and service fee. The fee is shown upfront before checkout and appears in the price breakdown.

Delivery Times: We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or time frame, as this depends on our local florists. Please note that if your order cannot be delivered due to a local or national holiday, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Quality Claims: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may request a refund by submitting a claim within two business days after the delivery date. Please submit your claim using the contact us page or through our email address [email protected]. You will not be entitled to a refund if you do not accept to return the flowers or gifts delivered. In case some add on like vase or chocolates or similar are missing, the refund will be done only for the missing part.

Late Deliveries: If we are unable to deliver your order on the selected date due to circumstances within our control, you will be entitled to a refund of the value of the flowers. Please note that we will not be able to reimburse the cost of any additional products. Claims for late deliveries must be submitted within seven days from the delivery date. If, on the other hand, we are unable to make a delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (for instance, the recipient is not at home), you will not be entitled to a refund. However, we generally leave a note or call to schedule a new delivery time if the recipient is unavailable.
