Florist Kutaisi - Georgia Flowers

Sending flowers to Kutaisi from abroad works like this: order online in USD, and a Georgian florist prepares your bouquet fresh for hand delivery within 1-2 business days. Bouquets start near $55 with one flat $14.95 service fee, and same-day delivery is often available if you order before noon Georgia time.

Why is flower-giving such serious business in Georgia?

Georgians treat flowers with an almost ceremonial respect. Guests rarely arrive at a supra — the famous Georgian feast — empty-handed, and one custom is worth knowing before you order: bouquets for happy occasions should carry an odd number of stems, since even numbers are reserved for mourning. Our local florists handle this instinctively, so you do not have to count. The 8th of March, International Women's Day, is the biggest flower day of the Georgian year by a distance — streets fill with men carrying mimosa and tulips — followed by birthdays, name days and anniversaries. If your date is around March 8th, order early; the whole country is buying.

When should your bouquet arrive in Kutaisi?

Kutaisi rewards a well-timed gesture. This is one of Europe's oldest continuously inhabited cities, legendary capital of Colchis where Jason sought the Golden Fleece, and locals carry that history lightly but proudly. Spring is glorious here, with the Rioni River running full and the hills around the UNESCO-listed Gelati Monastery turning green — a natural season for weddings and celebrations. Summer heat is real but softened by the river; autumn brings the rtveli grape harvest spirit across western Georgia, another season of gatherings. Winter deliveries land especially warmly, when a bright bouquet cuts through the grey.

How does a delivery cross Kutaisi?

The city is compact and walkable, centred on the Colchis Fountain roundabout with its gilded statues, climbing toward Bagrati Cathedral on Ukimerioni Hill. Local florists deliver across the centre and residential districts within 1-2 business days, arranging everything fresh on the day rather than shipping boxed stems. Include a phone number for the recipient — Georgian addresses are reliable, but a call ahead means someone is home to receive the flowers and hear your message, which is delivered exactly as you wrote it. Checkout takes international cards, PayPal and Shop Pay, and you can also pay with Bitcoin natively, which many of our senders in the Georgian diaspora appreciate.

If your people are elsewhere in the country, we deliver to the capital Tbilisi and to Batumi on the Black Sea coast, plus full flower delivery across Georgia. Local florists have carried our orders since 2005, earning a 4.8/5 rating over 377+ verified reviews.
