Which dates matter most for flowers in Lima?
Día de la Madre, the second Sunday of May, is the heavyweight — in Peru it is one of the busiest gifting days of the entire year, and florists across the city work flat out, so ordering two or three days early is smart. Fiestas Patrias on 28 and 29 July fills Lima with family reunions, another natural window for an arrangement on the table. Beyond the calendar, Limeños mark birthdays, new babies, and quinceañeras with flowers as a matter of course.
