Need better communication method

Why wait 5 days to let me know that you deliver my order. I sent 3 emails and there was no response. Yes the person that received the flowers did let me know, and yes she loved the flowers, but it would had to be nice for me to know when they received them. So that's why I gave you 3 stars. If you have anything to say, or have anything that you do not agree, please let me know. Thank you!
