Ordering and delivery questions — Trinidad and Tobago
When will my flowers arrive in Trinidad and Tobago?
Order by 10 AM Port of Spain time, Monday to Saturday, and a local florist in Trinidad and Tobago delivers the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off arrive the next delivery day. You choose the date in the cart; exact delivery times can't be guaranteed because each florist plans its own route.
How much does it cost to send flowers to Trinidad and Tobago?
Bouquets for Trinidad and Tobago start at $45.95, plus a flat US$14.95 delivery and service fee shown before checkout. Everything is charged in US dollars. There are no customs or import fees because a florist in Trinidad and Tobago makes the bouquet; nothing is shipped from abroad. Prices are in US dollars, not Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD).
Do you deliver in Trinidad and Tobago on Sundays or public holidays?
No. We deliver Monday to Saturday. In Trinidad and Tobago we are also closed on New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Labour Day (June 19), and December 25 and 26. If you pick one of those dates, the cart moves your order to the next delivery day.
When should I order flowers for Divali or Christmas in Trinidad and Tobago?
Divali 2026 falls on Sunday, November 8, and Monday, November 9 is the public holiday. Since we don't deliver on Sundays, schedule Saturday, November 7. For Christmas 2026 the last delivery day is Thursday, December 24 (closed December 25 and 26). Mother's Day 2027 is Sunday, May 9: choose Saturday, May 8.
Which towns in Trinidad and Tobago do you deliver to?
Port of Spain, San Fernando, Chaguanas, Arima, Point Fortin and towns across Trinidad and Tobago. A local florist prepares each bouquet, and the delivery fee is the same flat US$14.95.
What details does the florist need for a delivery in Trinidad and Tobago?
The recipient's full name, the complete address in Trinidad and Tobago (street, house number, town or district, and a landmark if the street has no number) and a local phone number the florist can call. Add any gate or building code. If something is missing the florist still attempts delivery, and the order can't be cancelled because the flowers are prepared for the recipient.
Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo?
The florist follows the photo as closely as possible. If a flower or colour isn't available that day, it may be replaced with the most similar flowers of equal or greater value. Rose orders are never substituted: if your roses aren't available, we contact you first.
What language should I write the card in?
Write your card message in any language (English or any language you like) and the florist includes it with the bouquet. Please sign it with your name: anonymous orders are not accepted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can ask to cancel up to 24 hours before the delivery date through our Contact Us page, as long as the florist hasn't started preparing the order. Same-day orders can't be cancelled.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
The florist in Trinidad and Tobago usually leaves a note or calls to arrange a new attempt. If the address or phone was incomplete, we offer re-delivery within 1–2 business days, pickup at the local florist, or delivery to a nearby address.
